    the spear's right attack still goes by swing damage instead of stab damage. good suggestion tho, daggers are kinda a meme outside of very few situations.

    PSY is weird and honestly should be less rng more active defense, my sheevra would have a field day if he took 16-20 damage from tlashes at 92 psy. ranged damage in general needs to be toned down hard, you cant parry arrows or magic.

    Pets are obscenely broken and definitely need to be toned down. There is no reason their attacks should be nearly impossible to block due to their randomness while also chunking people in carapace. Likely this is the funny human build that can fit this combo.

    Even with the massive stam cost, the sweet spots are also messed up for higher damage swings and arent center of targeting crosshair. One handers in general also still drain too much stamina as they are, remove the extra stam penalty all together. A 1.9 weight 1h drains like a 3.4 weight 2h.

    bow damage feels tripled from mo1 as well as oghmir having normalized speed from the dex buff + dex curve. they should bring back the ability to down block to actually parry arrows with any shield.

    I tried to use warhammers which are light for a while but the animations they use themselves are slower than the 2h sword ones, leading into still a slower weapon. MO1's animations felt more normalized to an extent where there wasnt this situation with the 2h swords vs other weapons animations...

    If you are playing in small scale, just go with swords, they're the strongest weapon type in the game at the moment with very few downsides. In large scale, I would recommend axes because double kalls are some of the hardest hitters in the game, can massively chunk players and theyre better on...

    human clades need a rework as well as their stat caps, sheevra just outclass the higher 2 attribute human races purely by speed and superior clade gifts. hell its even possible to use steel lances as a sheevra MC, tested it in beta and 90 str is enough for most common lances.

    its not just that theyre lighter than most others, 2h swords have faster animations regardless of weight over other weapon types. compare a minimal weight 2h axe/hammer/spear to a sword and youll notice that its still slower in all 4 attack directions.

    there is 0 clue to the balance of weapons right now, and basically buffing swords proves it when they were already the dominant weapon. Poleaxes are pretty cheesy made out of lighter mats like incis/flake but theyre pretty reliant on spins when theyre made out of heavier mats like jade/steel...
