Yeah looking like veela atm. Speed, can use fairly strong bows, weak spot chance, increased stam regen while standing still and an active that increases stam regen, high dex for further WS.

This would improve skill/attribute leveling and further incentivize active play. Honestly it should have always been this way IMO.

Let's make it known that high ping doesn't cause this. It's purely due to shit wifi connections and packet loss. I've played with people in the 300 ping range who don't skip a single step for hours at a time. However, I do think high packet loss should result in an instant disconnect.
