    This is slightly hard to read, but then again you are playing in a 1024x768 resolution. I have no trouble reading text while playing. That said, I see no reason not to add simple quality of life features such as text resizing.

    Don't forget that having a weapon / shield equipped means you can't cast magic while in combat mode, so if you are carrying a weapon or shield you aren't running full speed while casting. In order to run in combat mode and cast magic you'll have to have empty hands.
