New players are getting confused about how to leave Haven.

The Haven exit definitely needs a better explanation. Maybe a flashing icon at the side of the player's name plate that, when clicked on, activates a mist trail that leads the player to the statues. Put a text in the initial tutorial window that explains this so that players know very early on...

I tried to enjoy MO2 REALLY HARD, but I failed...

I do think the game needs to be fleshed out, and that quick badly, because I remember SV saying somewhere a while back that they intend to make every plant and natural object in the game world gatherable. So far, only a small portion of that can be gathered. The world as it is right now feels...

Things To Make Game More Realistic.

I do agree that the weapon contact feels very lacklustre, it looks like I'm tapping or gliding my weapon across whatever it is I'm hitting. It feels even worse when it's a handle hit. MO1 had better weapon contact animation, it felt more meaty and impactful.

    Forming market price for materials

How long it took to gather the material, distance involved in transporting it back to town, skills required to extract or refine, how much was paid to bodyguards, and the level of risk encountered. There will likely be a base price for everything, then depending on the seller and how much the...

What's the difference? MO with new graphics?

I think SV has plenty of time to add another two or three mega patches before 26 October, recent history going back one year has shown that they can and have delivered. As the roadmap shows, there is more of everything planned. I would say that the issue isn't going to be lack of content or new...

What's the difference? MO with new graphics?

In some ways, it is similar to MO1 but it has enough to make it it's own beast. The character and account systems alone as @Najwalaylah said, is very different to the first game.

Game Guide Videos for Mortal Online 2

The world of Mortal Online 2 is, to put it mildly, a harsh and unforgiving place. Newcomers often find themselves being extremely vulnerable to a myriad of dangers at every turn, and the sting of every death and loss is painfully felt. Thankfully, there are a number of basic precautions that...

    What to do in game?

@Vatslav I'm glad you asked that question, it shows you actually want to learn and find your place in the world of Nave. So, welcome aboard. Just a few off the top of my head: - Tame horses to keep for yourself or sell to others, everyone is going to need one the moment they start playing. -...

Motivation - what to do in this sandbox? - not beta and wipe related

@Stundorn I'm glad you asked that question, it shows you actually want to learn and find your place in the world of Nave. So, welcome aboard. Time Spent PvPing vs Time Spent on "Chores/Work"

Sometimes, you just have to stand still in the middle of town with your head unarmoured, and a naked player armed with just a huge two-handed sledgehammer will try to sneak up behind you and bludgeon you to death in two or three hits. It happened to me recently, but I evaded him just in time...

Bench Press PRS before Covid Gym Shut downs? And Bench Press Max Now? Also Any other Boxers/MMA fighters who play?

From my experience it targets all the muscle groups and combines explosive cardio with strength training. It won't bulk you up like you would if you did pure weight training like Arnold Schwarzenegger but it will keep you in great shape and reasonably tanky, speaking for myself at least.

Bench Press PRS before Covid Gym Shut downs? And Bench Press Max Now? Also Any other Boxers/MMA fighters who play?

I do something similar to crossfit but at home without any equipment (using bodyweight) four times a week. Various battle and military-themed music and movie clips that I sometimes watch during workout:

    Another n00bs opinion

Come 26 October and you may find that the game world will be very much lived in compared to now. That much I can be sure of. Like @Jackdstripper said, a horse is an absolute necessity if you want to get anywhere in the continent which is 4-6 times the size of the one in the first game.

    system requirements revisited

A solid cpu and a reasonably powerful gpu is a good foundation, plus 32gb ram and ssd to round it out. I would try to get at least a semi-high end gpu if you really want to enjoy the game at maxed graphics settings at decent framerates.

    New city Hyllspeia

When I was going up that path up the hill I was sure that Fabernum was just around the corner, only to see the path going further up ahead every time. And those stick barriers... I'm fully convinced that SV put them there on purpose.

    New city Hyllspeia

I tried to find the town first time but ended up wandering in front of a snowy cave entrance and a large elder white bear came out and turned me into its lunch. I think I know where it is now.

How SV should position the sub in Early Access

Reminds me of Richard Garriott when Ultima Online beta was about to open to the public back in the mid-90s. He said that if they can get something like 2k-5k players signing up then that would be considered a success. Little did he know that when the beta opened some 50k signed up within a...
