I thought SV was just very slow on doing proper balance and fixing PvP. Turns out they think it is a good way to go. Seems like the game will not be worth to play even when (if?) the queue and server problems are resolved.

This probably requires much more refinement (how to loot a non-dead pet, what about when you are fighting a large mounted group and target their horses, but they revive again and again, etc.), but a good direction of thought in my opinion. Dead horse in the middle of nowhere is not fun.

Murder is pretty much the only form of PvP currently. Why are people always trying to find ways to make PvP unplayable? How about giving murderers bonuses for actually playing the game? Like you go to town and sell the heads of people you murdered for gold and reputation gain.
