    Actually I remember a couple of points in MO1s lifetime when MCs were balanced. I can´t speak to the end of it since I wasn´t playing then. My main point is that they should be viable in any scale if played correctly. The problem always was the mounts, everything else was just windowdressing...

    Yeah spears are tough. I think the heads take too much materials, that´s why they are heavy. On the other hand I felt the "pre-patch" spear were too light for their damage. Somewhat viable are flakestone/dapple/flakestone spears. There is a big divide between those and heavy steel spears though...

    I kinda like where they are at. There needs to be variety on weapons and with the poleaxe skill you can use 4 types of weapons. So the current "poleaxes" don´t need be super viable in group fights at all IMO.

    Sounds like a high ping kick. I tested it with a download and went to the main menus pretty much immediatly. Same thing happenend with youtube in the background. There is no message or anything for that kind of kick.

    I think I might have mistaken you, sorry. Thought you were someone who was around at the time when I was playing. The 3rd person view has been suggested a few times a year in MO1 for as long as I can remember. The answer is always the same.
