    Yes, just put on armour heavier than your max armour weight, and sprint and jump around in circles non-stop until you run out of stamina. Then wait for your stamina to return to full, and rinse and repeat.

    Fabernum seems to have a rather active armed group on horseback at the western entrance pretty much any time of the day or night. Not sure if there is some rotating roster going on there, but they seem very much on the ball. A few times I've seen large military parades as well.
