So was ingame, and the server announced to players to change instance to a haven starting with 30. So I managed to move to 3011. Went straigt into a queue and have never been able to log back in again. Just stuck in queue limbo.
What can we do? Crashed twice already trying to log back in now after changing.

Good news: After 2 hours of queuing and crashing with the error everyone else was probably getting, I eventually managed to log in to the Haven server 3011 and it seems stable though very busy in help chat. Quite impressed. Just keep trying people, eventually, you will get in. Myrland I heard is starting to get a bit jittery, so you may not want to rush there just yet.
I'm stuck patching but before there were these statues you could go interact with to change instance. Similar to how you use the others to leave haven.
Some of my friends got queue even though some of them managed to get in. The ones stuck in queue managed to get in after restarting their PC. At which point there was no queue.

We are aware that some people are stuck on overpopulated Haven instances.
If you are stuck in what feels like a eternal queue try this:
Close game
Go here in explorer
%localappdata%\MortalOnline2\Saved\SaveGames
Delete your savegames
Restart Client to get a fresh random Haven.

has anyone tried this today, with the current log in crashes? Or is this specifically for Haven instances only?
I was able to log into haven easily just not the main land. Kind of regret leaving haven
