    Months? Plenty of sieges ended up taking years! There does need to be some sort of mechanic that makes "sieges" more of the final stage of a war tilting either way, rather than something you plan in secret and pull off while everyone is sleeping.

    1100 is the points we have in mortal 1 if memory serves me right. Very doubtful that is anything more than a placeholder. And nothing that says that combat and profession skill points will be the same amount either. By the same logic, Combat will have 20k points :P

    Does depend how hard they make taming. If there is both equipment and it takes a lot of effort to tame then maybe that'll solve that part of it.

How long the CD is adjustable to feedback, how long parry is, how much stamina feinting costs, how much stamina blocking costs...

    To comment on your suggestion to make it more of a expansive thing. If blocking made you slow down while blocking as well as making it just a tad bit longer to accelerate to full speed for a moment afterwards that would make it easier to hit someone with the kick if they incorrectly turtle up...

    Its not as cut and dry as is it a combat vs is it a out of combat. There is a power creep that would build from that. But in general it should be a truth though.

    They'd have to think about how many points they want the entire investment to be, how much the possible minimal investment would be and then decide what other skills people doing those things would be choosing and how to distribute these between combat and profession to be limiting but not too...

    But the system needs work regardless how you do it, this kind of system does not need that much work though. As the video shown by yourself, the base for having it work is already there now. I do agree that JUST having feints to rely on would keep the mordhau tradition of it being a bit meh...
