    There should be a window that you can open that shows all voices you can hear in game. Shouldn't display their name. You dont need to know it. Then from that menu you can mute the person that you don't want to hear and even report if the person is saying things that breaks the rules/ToS.

    I agree with this. There could still be undead themed dungeons though. Don't need a graveyard in every city for newbies to farm. The mobs in the dungeon should be harder, or/and in even greater numbers than the haven graveyards, with mechanics similar to that of whatever the mobs have in Haven.
