Stuff lying on ground would eat alot of resources making game less optimized which will make people complain about fps drops even more. Same is for bodies - as you can see those are dissapearing right after you die with a nice animation.

I just don't see it. As I said it would be overused or not worth using. I heard that igniting swords is a fairy tale. Flaming arrows is the only reasonable thing, but you will just see them literally everywhere or nowhere. I mean it's just waste of time, resources and wouldn't be easy to...
