How often does your game crash?

I can play for a few days no problem then have a day where my game crashes multiple times in a row/sending the crash reports.
Is this normal?

I also have a 1070 and occationally get graphic artifacts like it's overheating, never had issues on any other games. Game runs on a 8 year old PC with a 1070 on medium graphics 60 fps no problem except for the occational crashes and my graphics card sounding like it's gonna blast off into space.

It crashes on stat-up once then doesn't do it again until I re launch. It's not perfect but at least it doesn't do it mid game. I think it might have something to do with a sound error. I say this because at Fabernum, every time I attempt the watermelon cutting course. The ones inside the boxes always cause my game to crash. No fruit ninja for me I guess.

Once in a full moon, and when there is not enough memory when loading the world, but that's due to all the other stuff I have open.

For a week or two before stress test I was getting crashes randomly on most log ins,
but during stress test it happened every time at first, population was high and i was in Bakti too,
i reduced all graphic settings to minimum and lasted long enough to get out of Bakti and then stayed online pretty well,
i'm also wondering if before stress test it was due to being in full screen mode in my case since i'm not crashing now in windowed mode,
my pc isn't likely to be an issue but i'm also 300+ ping

Well, almost never. Crashed recently staying on the campfire getting damage with others untill we all got crashed lol

At this point I´m pretty sure that @Henrik Nyström does not like AMD graphic cards.

what type of crashes are? UE4 crashes (the ones with the crash report) ? or full restarts?

in my case the issue with the graphic card overheating was resolved by lowering view distance (does not appear to affect players, but mostly grass and vegetation).

many UE4 crashes were fixed last patch, but still happen rarely.

today i've had about 5 UE4 type crash reports and a couple of client crashes requiring full restart, haven't really had many since stress test until today though

My 1060 gets 40-60 fps, so yea a 1070 should be ownage.
If you're worried about GPU throttling or crashing due to overheat, you can use this to monitor everything in-game via OSD. (It's not just for overclocking, the hardware diagnostics are top-notch.)

Lastly I'd recommend the 460.79 drivers Nvidia just released. They are noticeably faster than the previous 457 driver. GL.

Very infrequently in-game. Maybe twice a week. But it's not uncommon to have to try 2-3 times to successfully boot it up.

it has nothing to do with iron. I never had problems with this game, there were crashes with a client crash, but they were very rare. but what happens in the last 3-4 days is simply unbearable. yesterday night I flew about 15 times per game.
