He's saying by making more weapons landing at one time drain any individual that 1vX necessarily will be exponentially more difficult. I think investigating the actual jogging vs running system might be more valuable as that leads to hits as well and management.

More like the opposite. Anyone can show up and say whatever they want and whatever consensus they make is just a consensus which can be heard. Useful for discussion of just about anything with minimal punitive action. The only thing punishing would be having a public hearing contradict you but...

A little accoutrements; just the idea that it can be addressed by other sysyems than this addendum but that's all I have to add

The only consequences are that if it is passed then a person would lose their ability to vote on things other than public motions. There's currently a vote on whether or not to remove vote power for people that break TOS and its favorable to pass.

I think and have stated elswhere the game should recreate the offchance accomplishment it made in mo1 by allowing even nakeds or bone armored people to challenge armored offenders. This keeps the game noob centered without giving outrage to vets who also enjoy the same advantage. The stagnation...

I don't see why we should wait to the end of the fight to have the fight.

No, we have public hearings and a system for allegations that are voted on. It could get taken out but I think it will likely stay due to ease of committee functioning.

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

A naked in this game has significantly less chances from having less openings for attacks to land.

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

In comparison to this system it could effectively be said to have a cooldown.

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

And yet it didn't in mo1? Imagine large groups kicking smaller groups to death.

We do know magic and archery was not under powered in mo1. We do know combat is carebeared. We can conclude if we take your line of reasoning it will only increase. We don't want to balance combat after magic gets in because you can easily adjust magic once magic gets in. Vulnerability is not a...

Lol so seed of doubt is your argument but magic and archery was never underpowered to begin with.

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

Well We can go into paretio principles if you want but I think the best idea is to have trickle down wealth which allows for the newbie to get to the top without making the top 2 steps from the bottom. Making low reflex deliberate moves matter doesn't seem to feed any unfair circles but offsets...

I sort of agree but think adjusting block is pretty much simple, doesn't add anything huge, still allows combat to keep progressing and fights to be more interesting due to options opened, gives newbies a taste of difficulty, and wont go past what was already working in mo1.

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

It should be balanced for the naked to have a chance at the highest built character imo.

By that same logic we can ask why should parry be this strong. I think in it's iterarion previously it was very strong. Again it's an argument of options and having a clear example from mo1 gives credence to the notion from set.

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

The running fast in circles is suppsedly a legitimate argument but I mean if you took a few weaks learning how to use the preemption of strikes, positioning, and use of different weapon length based on directional swing, feint etc you could come up with a system that allowed you to do much...

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

Mo1 didn't do that it incentived well placed movements when handling multiple opponents at one time. That type of blockbreaker is a bit more sound but it isn't really as superb as having a mainstream set of options for all combat that is a superflous solution to a bottleneck of options. I'm not...

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

If block timing were slowed it would revalue all swings.

Should blocks have a cooldown before you can block again

Block breakers would be a low cost ckill which takes the place of a diverse set of offences. It also can be done in groups.
