There is a global chip shortage and a boom in crypto currency mining. almost every decent graphics card is 2-3x the normal price. Also many places are just sold out of the good ones. If it helps I play on a 1050ti in pvp and its fine for 80% of the world (50-60 fps)

Either way my 1050ti which I bought for $150cad 2 years ago will cost you closer to $400 at the moment. your best bet might be a prebuilt, possibly even a laptop.

1050ti is the lowest I would go on the Nvidia side of things. Also watch out for scam sites, (wish, Ali express ect..) There is a bunch of new scam sites popping up as well.

I have a 1660tI and run 80 to 100fps at 1080p on medium settings.

Have you tried medium settings, I think they are better.
