no the GPU is too weak, you want the RTX 2000 or RTX 3000 series, they have also DLSS which is the biggest game breaker beside good core performance.

I was using an rx580 when the alpha first went live with an old 6-core phenom-II processor, and was only getting like 30fps at 1080p in the only town in game at the time. I wouldn't expect much better with that rig you linked, but it's not an apples to apples comparison because I had 11 year old cpu and a bit better gpu.

if you play PvP you basically need the RTX 2000 series minimum or a very expensive AMD card because they dont have DLSS.
you could also buy the GTX series (gtx 1060 and higher for 1080p) if you dont have any money left but thats the worst case you should go.

Now is just a really bad time to be building a PC, or more specifically needing a GPU, I can't believe they can charge so much for a prebuilt with a 1660.

a ryzen 5 3600 is the bare minimum for the CPU, if you want high FPS in teamfights you need a better one.

@Dracoking902 the last one you linked would run game but not at max settings like I have a gtx 1070 bit better than the 1660 and I get 40 ish fps on low
I have a 1660tI and run 80 to 100fps at 1080p on medium settings.

Have you tried medium settings, I think they are better.
