can't launch , need help ...

ok , so first , to ease the "work" of my helper , my computer level is at " i know i'm not so great but i'm not dumb"

soooo

i paid err donated to get my key , dowloaded the game ( 20 h ! yeaha ! ) ;

so got the game installed try to lauch , okay don't have w10 , let's try direct x 11 ;

then the game sort of open ; black screen , music , " push any key to continue " ( in french if that matter :d :d ) ; and it just don't work in like 1 minute it just close down with no pop-up

i verified the folder integrity with steam ; and bam , lauch error , easy anti cheat isn't installed ; re-installed it and now back to square one ... black screen with music , push any key and close down ...



EDIT : got anty cheat error 0000006 forgot that

any idea ? computer is old but run well ( ssd disk , 16 go ddr4 ram , 1050TI graphic card .... )

ok so i got that error 000006

uninstalled avg ; great , it work till i go to the login screen

same error

closed down my graphic card program

now i can go up to create my character ( to the creation screen at least )

i hit the create buttton , then everything freeze and then close after 30 sec or so , this time no error ....


help !

edit ( 2 ) : in fact , once i hit the log button no matter what i do , 5 sec top after the screen change de the creation screen , it freeze .... idk what to do anymore

bump again

still no answer from sv

tried from aanother portable pc that is on w10 and dx12

crash at same time but now give me a unreal 4 error ....
