    Yeah I think I know what the bug is then. Pretty sure since mounted combat doesn't work...if your horse dies out from under you your melee weapon is going to do zero damage because of some stuff they've done with MC. Thats why your bow and magic still do damage.

    I've had the same bug. Your arrows will still do damage...but melee won't. Did you happen to be riding a mount in the same lifetime the bug happened?

    I think its fine to have certain luxury skills take awhile to level. No problem there. Like passive regen, subsisting, etc. But core skills shouldn't be a tedious grind...because like I said earlier that just means more macroing and material dump.

    No need for skills to take a long time to level up. It will create that gap that every single other MMO has when a new player joins. Grinding in MO should stick to wealth, territory, reputation, and personal skill. Making skills take longer will just mean longer afk macroing and more useless...

    If you can't sprint in combat with your weapon out though...youre not gonna be killing anyone in melee. Also really dislike the idea of adding a skill to sprint with your weapon out because we already are tight on primary points. I do like your idea of movement speed though.

    The only adjustments they have made to Alvarin have been big nerfs. Meanwhile you have Oghmir who can spend 10 silver for a Greater Heal with no cast time that you can use while moving with your weapon out on a (10sec?) CD.
