Sorry Naj but SV is known for wasting massive amounts of time and resources on things that don't result in more players or fixing broken game elements. Total lack of priorities.

Instanced tutorial in an open sandbox game is a joke. Goin out into the mo world is always gonna be a shock. Throwing people into that cruel world right after a massive hand holding session will be an even bigger shock.

I think both solutions have been proven to be a failure at this point. Imagine how many dev hours and money was wasted on Haven. People uninstalling before entering Myrland. I always said it's utterly mind boggling for open world sandbox games to waste so many resources creating NPC cities.

Here's an idea. These drug dealers would pester you to buy some crack every 10 minutes. Eventually everyone will try it obviously and go to sleep only to wake up in Myrland. Problem solved.

They should just let people start in mainland cities where they will get raped by RPK non stop and quit, just like Steam release. It will be quicker than waste their time on a long tutorial with no exit planned.

There used to be very elite guilds like EC, but I think they all quit Any of them return for MO2? Just curious.

Is it totally random , or are there areas where a given resource will possibly spawn? That would be a pretty good way to prevent one guild from sitting on a spawn all year.

Well I always said the biggest problem with the game is Eryk. He had 2 huge opportunities to revitalise the game completely but he's too stubborn to admit he is wrong and just goes full retard down into the quicksand of his ideas. He just completely dropped the ball with Steam release and now...
