Yeah, it is doable. A little risky and stressful in the beginning being afk out in the world. But it builds in stages so you can be more at ease after the walls get up some. The most stressful part though is getting the deed to the locations and placed.

Even solo or with a small group it really is not that hard to build a house. Me and my wife put up a house during testing and now in live pretty easily. She cut wood and I got the ore and metals. Sure it was not exciting. But it was far from hard for a one time investment in a characters life...

Other than gathering the mats it can mostly be built afk.

Yes! A great game. I have put a bit of time in H&H as well. Though I have not played it for some time now. I like how large the world is in that game.

Not sure if it is still possible to damage houses with hammers like in the first game. But if so then it could be a very slow option if you have enough guild members to bash on them. Just putting it out there.

Agreed. Over all it was the players that made most of the content on the old forums. Since release we have at least got many more visitors to the forums on a regular basis. Hopefully over time the player interactions will grow back to what it was even with the lack of official interactions.
