If true random spawning is so hard they could easily apply rotational spawning and some new spawn location that rotate through the world, make the rotation random and boom , almost random spawns but much easier to implement... Even just 3-5 world spawn rotation sets can do the trick (and they could add them with the seasons system easily and it would make sense). That way the hunt becomes fresh again, the world will feel more occupied and alive , camping spawns becomes useless and ppl who want info on spawn locations can still have them but not them being guaranteed. Simple , efficient.
