What is known about construction and building houses?

The combat looks VERY good, but about building and other features?
Is there any information about building, I am worried since I know they bought assets and stuff? Maybe they don't have anything to show.

And this deadline to enter persistent state in March, is that not a bit optimistic lol.

They usually tweet about their upcoming features in the next patch a few days before it lands.
