I assume the devs would appreciate if you use the in-game report function to report it, too.

200 letters is a bit short to give enough info to recreate, but you can only try....

Here is a GIF of an bug I encountered. Ingame bugreport made.
I did not anything but walk towards Kranesh. I received some fall damage, unsheathed my weapon and suddenly that weird blur appeared.

Sure, but normally you'd want A) What circumstance the bug happened in when you encountered it B) steps to reproduce it if you can.
That is kind of hard to fit in 200 characters. 600 characters might be a much more reasonable limit if you want it including all the information you could want as well as full instructions on how to reproduce but also short enough. Or at least let us make multiple 200 character reports to the same topic. So you could make a Main topic then Appendix A, B and so on.

Maybe slammington made the bug report system?
I didn't make the bug report system, I AM the BUG

I can give you an example of how to make things shorter. For instance:

I was walking towards where Meduli should be and saw this crevice. I jumped into the crevice at a 45 degree angle and I got clipped and started bobbing. After using the stuck command it teleported me through the crevice into the ground. I then jumped around trying to stuck back outside but it didn't work so I suicided and res'd at priest.

With the power of room temperature IQ,

Me go Meduli. Me see crevice. Me jump into crevice. Me get stuck. Me try escape, get more stuck. Me sad, me die, me report.

Or alternatively,

Yeah I got stuck but I know you guys receive a report with coordinates every time I use the stuck command so I'm not even gonna bother to report.

This looks like TAA/TXAA ghosting, has plagued UE4 games for as long as I can remember. Requires devs to mess around with settings to reduce the intensity of it.

Can always go into engine.ini and add the following, make sure to set file to "read only" too.

[SystemSettings]
r.MaxAnisotropy=16
r.TemporalAACurrentFrameWeight=0.2
r.TemporalAASharpen=0.2
r.TemporalAASamples=2

and just mess around with the values until you find the sweet spot for you.
