Imo the most exciting aspect of this kind of system is how it would play into Territory Control/ warfare.

having the randomness of the systems help a prepared group defend itself from a larger force that is unprepared, or buying youmore time because a large army has to go around a snow storm would be absolutely epic!

cant wait to see it progress and look forward to getting caught in a massive rain storm withmy friends
