My Mind
I really appreciate the variety of titles added this patch. However, a lot of them make no sense to me. Have 'Expert Hunter' for 100 Wolves, and a "Master Hunter' for 200 Bears..? Where is the continuity? The animal titles are not the only ones.

I feel like with the sheer variety of fauna we will have by launch, and also with how creatures are often region, each variety should have it's own title. You would unlock tiers as you went. This idea is included in a table of suggested titles, below.

On top of the above critique, I am bringing an old post I made years ago on the MO1 forums "More Titles". Enjoy. Please feel free to offer suggestions or alterations.

The most important part of this list is not what the titles are, but what you get them from / how you get them.

There's no continuity, and not a lot of variety at the same time. It almost seems like... a placeholder of an idea.

Not sure how killing 100 or 200 of any one thing in your region would work if more than one person there decides to do it as well-- by which i mean, according to Stuff Henrik Said, that (some day) the regional population of a type of animal could go extinct for a while if too many of them were killed out, and it would take 'a long time' for any of them to respawn there.

Makes me wonder, with an extinction system, what would happen if they (Wolves, for instance) were wiped out everywhere more or less at once. If it were up to me as a Dev, I'd spawn horde upon horde of Angry, Aggressive Springbok if that happened.
I feel like with the sheer variety of fauna we will have by launch, and also with how creatures are often region, each variety should have it's own title. You would unlock tiers as you went. This idea is included in a table of suggested titles, below.
I'd be more impressed by a hunter who'd 'Killed One Of Everything' than with someone who'd killed a lot of the same thing-- personally. As the old saying would be paraphrased,
'Become a Hunter. Travel to far-off places. Find exotic & unusual creatures-- and kill them.'

Complex & tntriguing suggestions, as usual.
