stuttering and fps drops

since this patch, i've been getting alot of stuttering and fps drops, sometimes for 1-2 seconds at a time complete freeze stutters. Before the last patch, i would occasionally get stutters around sausage lake.

anyone else getting this?

Seem less freeze for me but I play very little atm.

Yes, plus I get disconnected after a very few minutes. I also see some strange flashing black areas.
