Stuck on loading player data

I recently returned to mortal online 2 (3 days ago) and deleted my old character / created a new one. I played on my new character for 2 full days in haven and even after server restart yesterday. Today when i went to login every time i try i get stuck on "loading player data". I have another account from back when i used to play and was able to login to that account without issue.

Any idea how to fix this?

Force quit the game and try again. It happens to me every once in a while, stuck in infinite loading screen but once I force quit and restart the problem doesn't reoccur.

Force quit the game and try again. It happens to me every once in a while, stuck in infinite loading screen but once I force quit and restart the problem doesn't reoccur.

And 'force quit' ideally means 'make sure none of the processes are still running' when you try to start them again. (Sorry if that's obvious.)
