I have the game locked at 60fps on GPU side, GPU is overclocked a further 10% using MSI Afterburner. I rarely drop below 60fps unless in congested areas and even then it doesnt drop below 30.

I will add that I'm only on 1080p.
My 4k monitor is only 60fps as it's a few years old now. Ideal for streaming TV and single player games though.
