I'm upgrading from my laptop into a PC. I would like to know what specs i could get a decent fps and am ok performance to play MO2.

Thats why i ask your specs, i wanna know minimum CPU and GPU to play this game clean!

GPU: 2070 Super
32GB RAM

CPU was more for non-gaming reasons so you can easily get away with a cheaper one.

I get very solid 60 FPS pretty much everywhere except in crowded cities like Meduli or Tindrem. I start getting fps stutter when too many people are around. Large battles also can get a little stuttery at times.

Obviously better cpu or gpu you'd get more frames, but i think i would upgrade my gpu before my cpu.

Here's my PC. Most of this ol feller is 7ish years old . The case (Cooler Master HAF 922) is over a decade old, lol
Also no OC atm. I wiped everything when i installed the M.2

i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz
GTX 980 Ti (6gb vram)
32gb G.Skill DDR4 2400
Samsung 980pro 1TB M.2 drive (and a SSD for backup storage)

I run everything on low except Shadows = Medium and AA = High. Those settings seemed to get rid of any weird glitchy graphics.
Very playable - 60fps off on my own, maybe dipping to 40 in towns. I think i have pretty normal load times/load stutter but have never been in a big fight...

edit: i should add that i use Vsync and @ 2560x1440. also i'm around 50fps in the jungle

I'm trying to aim for 120 fps myself.

I am not ashamed to admit that before my re-role I had low textures with low resolution. I took a min fps hit with textures but resolution can cause me to drop to about 120 if I run it at 100%
Currently in Haven again so I'm not really hitting any issues with groups with 100% res and max textures.

I'll let you know how much of a drop I get when I fin later tonight.

32 gb 3200 mhz ddr4 ram
Installed on a m2 ssd

Anywhere between 60-200 fps depending on location.
Wilderness its 200+ but I keep the fps limited to 120 normally.
Center of Meduli during primetime I can be so lucky if its around 40-60.
Most settings on epic or cinematic.

Sometimes the game just bugs out and runs awfully at 30-60 fps even in wilderness but usually fixes itself upon restarting or repeated alt tabbing.

Cap my framerate at 80 so my GPU fan isnt going full speed for the higher FPS, most of the time it stays at 80 except in towns like Meduli when a lot of players are around then it goes to 40-50.

Setting render resolution to 60%, all settings on low, I get 35-60 fps but it looks like minecraft. Oh well. <3 the game so i still play.
If i set render to 100% its 10-25 fps max lol.

I just got my 6900xt last week, upgraded from rx 5700 now my 8 year old has that card...he gets all my hand me down parts lucky him.

FPS varies, really depends on where you are and how much people are around. I typically sit around 120 - 165 fps when in the wild or in a dungeon. In towns, it can sit around 60 - 120fps. Meduli and Fabernum are in the low part of the spectrum when packed full of people.

I'm probably an outlier here, my setup is an Alienware 13 R3 hooked up to a Razer Core X with a RTX 3070 which is then output to an external monitor running at 1080p.

Alienware 13 R3 specs:
Core i7 7700HQ
32gb ram 2400mhz
2x 2tb nvme ssd
GTX 1060 (but I don't use this since I'm using the RTX 3070)

On epic settings, I get mostly 80-100 fps in the wild, and 40-70 fps in town.

this dude been trollin (unless he's running shit at 4k) haha. Reminds me of a thread on a forum "how u like your steak" and a dude came in extra well done with KETCHUP it's like YEAH.

I'ma say the same things I always say, since MOFO is a place for insomnia. Game looks stupid amazing at 4k, even if you do like 'med' and lower the scaling. Maybe it's cuz my monitor is a 4k monitor (??,) but everything else is different levels of MEH.

I've never liked AA, tho I mean, it works, but it seems... unnecessary. I'm on all low 1080 (can you turn off aa? Forgot, if you can I did.) Looks fine. Even 1440 epic doesn't seem that good IMO, when compared to 4k med. I can run 4k med downscale but it's taxing and I don't think it's pvp viable. I've done it for adventure vids and it's like trailer quality. I used to swap around, but now I see no reason to go beyond 1080 low. SEEN IT ALL.

People posting shit w/o the res they are running is insane imo. Unless we're just assuming 1080. I could prol run good eye candy but like I said it doesn't look that much better and just heats up gpu. Still can't find lootbags in foliage no matter what settings.

I like to keep temps low. I'm like fuckin' vaith but not trollin'. I can still get like low 70s temp w/ fps locked at 120. I usually turn on vsync in towns and such.
