After 15 minutes of standing around in game doing nothing you get kicked for being inactive.

Assuming that's not effective when you have a GM ticket in, and includes rearranging your inventory as activity, that doesn't sound too bad.

Edit: 15 min way too short. How about like 1 hr. No one should be sleeping on MO or leaving it on while they go to work w/e. Otherwise, I think they should be free to stay in if they got in.
