Scribing bug ?

i'm trying to write a mind blast spell into a book but i can't (0% chanse) even though i have the required scribing level listed on the scroll (required level 30 - i have 30)

Its percent chance based off your skill, you have the minimum skill required to scribe the spell so you have the minimum percent chance to actually scribe it into the book.

yep i heave a minimum skill required is 30 and 0 (zero) chanse to scribe - is a bug

There is no bug its working as intended, get your skill up.

Below minimum skill the scroll will be destroyed anyway, and with maximum skill you get a 100% chance to scribe the scroll. In-between the scroll might be scribed or might be destroyed.

There is a bug. Mind Blast says you have to have a minimum of 30 in scribing, but you actually need 31. Same for Magic Reflection, where it says you need a minimum of 35, but you actually need a skill of 36.

In a linear curve, of something going 30-40 then 30 would obviously have 0% chance. AFAIK its just slightly linear but you'd still think that being at the absolute minimum of that skill would be 0% I mean, they could make it 1% but there really isn't a point.

The 'scribe' button is disabled at 30. At 31 it is enabled. Therefore, the scroll should say 31-50, and not 30-50. It doesn't matter what the chance of scribing the scroll actually is.
