Title. Games too big, pop is decreasing on average. It's only going to get worse. Wipe keeps due to map restructuring. give players time to move stuff. The same guilds will build a keep anyways. In prep for TC this is our only chance to fix this issue. I wouldn't even be opposed to keeping the keeps if you could find a way to do it while shrinking the map

The map is too big, render is too small. You can be running next to people 50 yards away and not run into them even if travelling in the same direction. If this was the MO1 map there would be so much more conflict and concentration of people. There is too much empty useless space in between EVERYTHING. It takes hours to move across the map, where originally it was way smaller and had the same issues of population. This is close to the pop of steam release in MO1 and it was actually so good for a while until pop dwindled.

People who have been playing are literally stacked banks due to having multiple servers and free boss kills. Let's just shink the map size a bit so we can all be neighbors. Henrik's original vision was 6x the map for 10-20x the pop. We had to open 5 servers until pop went down enough to fit in the giant map. Now it's too big for the player base and feels worse.

To be honest the game is in such a total dog ass state the best thing it could happen is to wipe it all and remove features such as keeps and anything that is placeholder bullshit content.
I wouldn't even change the size of the map, just balance shit from the start.

Pretty special logic that we have at least three keeps on the map that are owned by single players without a guild..

The worst part, is everyone knows how fucked the economy is (or launch in general), but Henrik will NEVER consider wiping or relaunching. The game is just rotting at this point, and its a damn shame.

Also not forget to mention the hacking and selling on websites of several boss/dungeon items, all that duped gold around just not the best competitive gameplay.

And some people put their hands on the fire for sieging mechanics, expecting a noticeable and suddent change of scene to a populated healthy world where all the assets that have been adquired are burnt", activating the economy and reviving the game.

When in fact small medium crews and solos won't benefit from sieging, it's a territory control tool that in hands of zergs could potentially polarize areas and have positive and negative effects in the gameplay of many groups.
It's going to end up being a standoff for whos got the biggest zerg, whos farmed duped or bought the most gold.

When a wipe is off the table, because Henrique won't ever consider it and the community won't agree either i consider the development should go towards balancing, tweaking and changing the already released placeholder content.

The ecosystem concept for pve needs to be reworked, crafting classes changed to require items from other crafting classes to produce a variety of things, AI rework, a balanced beast mastery pve tool, magery tweaks, mounted balance, gathering rework among other things.

It's getting tiresome to see the general depth and quality of the content released.

Crafting classes being less complex with less features from MO1, stuff thats just really placeholder.
And it think it may be interesting the things mentioned above are addressed before more content is added, i'm not against a millon themepark features aslong the shit thats already ingame is a working round asset.
I understand they have systems from the previous game and they are eager to introduce into de game, but can't be doing it half way through, they shoudnt go a step forward until the placeholder content it's already ingame makes more sense.
