nitre or clotos queen ?

with mortal map i know there is 5 ( maybe more i guess ? ) spider cave available ; but wich one spawn a clothos and wich one spawn a nitre queen ? or is there a mechanic i don't know of ?

Clothos queen is mostly found in the north. There is one in the Colored/Rainbow forrest. The Nitre Queens are mostly found in the south. Spider valley is one common location.

Basically if you see Nitre Workers, there is a Nitre Queen. If you see Clothos Workers there is a Clothos Queen.
