My 2 strong points! cricism and suggestion

First point :
BEASTMASTER IS NOW UPLAYABLE
In the new patch you fix "porting animal" i hear it because of exploiters, nice, but side effect is that the Beast Master are completely unplayable class, because his animals still stucking in terrain, glitching under terrain, and its impossible(you can check it, just try it) to travel with your animal from One city to another.


Second point:
CHARACTER STATS (Attribute points)

Dexterity is total useless "weak spot" bonus its just a joke, dextirity seriously doenst give a advangates... character doesnt rune faster,stanima pool isnt really inflenced, cant used better bows.
Suggestion: bows should be inflenced by dexterity not with strenght, aiming should be infulenced with dexterity....ride a horse should be infulenced by dexterity. Ridding speed should be influenced by dextiry and draw stamina of raider too.

Note:
I know many can argue with me, but do it gentle withou insults thank you

They even wanna rework the machanic that you can't just say pet attack. So in the future it will even get harder without them fixing it.
But they already said they will fix the ai problems so dont worry.

First point OK - this was a terrible way to fix the exploit knowing the issues with nodes are still there

Second point I can see where you coming from but maybe lets not break half the builds in the game at this point, we already tried having DEX being the king of stats in MO1 and it was not enjoyable... having horses depending on that stat would be the ultimate killer, its literally the workaround for having a low dex char

Less beast masters = better game. At this point with how harmfull pets are to the enjoyment of FFs just remove them if they cant fix it, or wont fix it for a long time. You may lose BMs but your FFs which is most of the game will start to play again. This might sound outlandish to some and I might have agreed eariler on but at this time pets are so determental to keeping the PvP enthusist around.


Movement speed is one of the most important stats in the game. Dex is extreamly important. Making dex for archery makes no logical sense. You pull back a bow with stregth, and in this game you use your IRL dexterity to aim the bow. When you start making stats required or affect aim your start messing up shooters. The most important thing to having a high skill condusive shooter is consitantcy. Stats that affect aim change consistantcy. Keep the RNG out of the game as much as possible to esspecially aim.

Dex being applied a bonus or need for mounted would be good.

Dext is busted. I gave up on not being an Alv fighter because everyone just runs so I have to be faster. The issue with dext is that Alv clade gift exists. They need to remove it and rework speed caps so that alv goes as fast as it does no clade gift, but higher dext builds like khurite go faster than they are. Right now it feels pointless to be like a fit khurite, because its still WAY slower than a Alv, even if its not that much lower dext. But dext totally matters, you can viably pick lean fit or stout on Alv. And on other races you do go faster by not going stout. Which is good against everyone whos not an alv. MO2 speed caps are much better than MO1's minus the alv clade gift being dumb.

Yeah you can be faster then most clades as a obease alve with less dex even. They have dex for MS and then MS from clades. Could either lower the dex and keep the clades or remove the clade gifts.

If the pets get stucked somewhere players can report it now, so it will be fixed before release right ? At least if the beastmasters making bug reports and call a GM, to show the devs the location. That would be good for the game, it would help SV to polish the game but it make the beastmaster not very enjoyable for a month.

In order to fix all these locations as efficiently as possible, a GM must be permanently online and give preference to the Pet Stucked Request to all others requests

If the GM port your pet manually, if it get stucked somewhere, he can tell the devs the exact positions.
Fixing these bugs have a very high priority on the developer's polishing list.

I remember mining trips to the glacier in the North that, with our best luck, still required a very patient & helpful GM to stand by until we were done mining in order to keep our horses from repeatedly getting gophered into the mountain. That was wonderful service for a problem that I'm not sure was ever really fixed.

Getting manually applied help is great, but there cannot always be time for someone to provide it.

I agree with both of this Dwarf guys points. But I'll add something as well, they need to add a higher weakspot chance to the games already existing dexterity builds and then I think it would be perfect.

Oh god I never wait for a Gm to help because I have tried it on several occasions but unless the Gms are talking in Chat they are always mysteriously afk and not able to help. Tbh I am actually surprised you and your group got Help as many times as you did. The new Gms are lazy as fuck.

Yeah lol they want to make Pet attacking skill based. What does that even mean? Am I going to look through the eyes of the bear and manually Control it? At that point why not just make a Druid Class. And how do you "Skillfully" Control something while Controlling yourself at the same time? If Beast Masters have to get stuck in place while controlling our pets then we are going to be Dead meat.

Yeah outside of playing dance dance revolution to get a bear to attack a player you still miss out on aiming skill. Pets like bears will stare and do left right middle attacks with on special attack all comanded by a player. Either one special ability will be unblockable or everything will be parriable since bears cant do feints or morphs like players which is where the skill come into MO2 melee.

Pets are just too straight forward be used like that. Thats why Im pushing for them to be more like special abilities that you uses occasionally in fights. More akin to a caster on paper. Mages/Hybrids spend points to do magic. Beats Masters will spend points to get utility that compliment them instead of just having a pet fight for them.
