Yes, please make the respawn faster! That's exactly what the world needs. It's not like we already got too much of them...
Making the animal spawn much slower in such a huge world with so long travel times is not a proper way of balancing bears but annoying and the materials are used for Alchemy and so on.
Increasign the Spawn timer doesn't make the bear weaker either. It is just annoying.
You should need two very rare ring or magic amulet that gives you additional taiming points to tame this bear, that pushes the skill over cap from 100 to 103 Skillpoints. They are not ingame yet. If you have 2 of such rings you could tame creatures other players can´t tame.
In Ultima Online we had this Skillscrolls from the Boss after a raid. In Mortal Online we got magic rings and amulets as rare drops fro, Dungens.
This magic Rings and amulets were the only Items that couldn´t be dropped and looted, if your character died. We had several tiers of magic rings and amulets that could roll random stats and Skills, but you had to recharge them after death with new magic Power from an NPC and that was expencive.
We need proper systems to balance tamed pets and for the requirements to do so. I think increasing the spawn timer is the wrong approach. The more PVE and creatures we have the better the experience for the players. Everything according to the motto easy to get but balanced and not super time-consuming and way too strong.
I think we need much more feedback on tamed Pets, dominated Monsters and for mechanics to make Necromancy nice but not OP.

I think we need a provocate Spell ,claide Gift or Skill with a high Cooldown. A bear should get an immunity against this ability for a specific ammout of time, before such a skill can be used against the animal again. It need an indicator for the immunity Cooldown. Maybe an Icon next to...
