OT: was there any cosmetic or similar items in the Halloween event?
Do any items of that sort (collectable) exist in the game so far?

There where some lanterns that could be used in your house.

Edit.. And a couple titles you could earn. Not sure if there is a title for this event. If so, I have not got it yet.

In MO1 we got a pumpkin head during Helloween event. Nothing like that now in MO2.

More or less, once they murdered his fishing hustling he was just playing for the raffles.
