ISSUE SOLVED: After Patch Error

This as well, after verifying files....but it still won't start. In fact, this 24.7 mb won't even patch.
After deleting, clearing the Steam Cache, rebooting, reinstalling, verifying, updating, I got the message that Easy Anti-Cheat was not installed. I then disabled by Virus Protection, verified again, and the updated. The game then started.
