Guild kick and guild leave needs to be increased to 7 days. We have a lot of town rats that are going to drop guild tag as soon as they get war declared on them.

Agreed, but there is a problem in-it rats that get invites and spies :p imagine having a rat in, you kick him and he can attack in-towns and open all gates for 7 days lol.

Suggestion: keep the kick/leave on 1 hour BUT if you get a kick or leave you cant join a guild for 1 week this way they wont be able to join for easy ganks

No. Filter your invites better. People will just guild kick to avoid war.

The need to kick a guild member cannot, apparently, be based on how long they've been associateed with or in a gaming hobby organisation how carefully you (or, even more likely, someone else, long ago) vetted them.
  • Or how carefully someeone supposedly did, years ago.
Some guilds have long, multi-game histories.
  • "Old members" sometimes arrive in games that are new to them with a plan or even a mission to drain resources and intel in order to (for instance) establish their own guilds or sell the proceeds of their larcerny for some amount of real cash.
    • Hi, Daliyah. Hi, Jacen.
Really, vetting someone carefully enough may not even be possible, as members of guilds in existence for over a decade have been known to discuss on long, winter eveningss & in times of pandemic curtailment of offline activity.
  • Nevertheless, I want to advocate for careful vetting of members.
    • Maybe it ought to take a week to join.

Deeply organized guilds-- long-term guilds-- are of a kind that Mortal Online games have been known to attract-- they are a significant part of the target player demogrphic, by Mortal Online 2's design. Ask @Henrik Nyström

The need to kick guild members and kick them fast for reasons unrelated to current in-game war conditions cannot be disregarded.

It shouldn't take a week to get rid of someone.
