House placement to bug spawns

Hey,

So if you go past any Troll spawn these days you will find several houses there so people can use them to bug it and easy farm. Can this be fixed?

Yup. I actually reported this issue to a GM when I saw it happening (it was a certain guild that should not have a SH in our area but now do); it was being solo'd by an MA on foot. From my vantage point, it looked as though the GM popped the Troll free and spawned in 3 direwolves. But I could have read the whole situation wrong (hint: I didn't)
