Haven feedback from new player

Hello, I've never played mortal online until last night. I've played a decent amount of first person medieval fantasy games. So here we go....

1) movement speed at the beginning could be a little faster. Skyrim movement speed would be nice and leveling up your sprint /endurance use would be better imo to have then level up normal walk speed.

2) making more variety of weapons in the town would be nice. Even armor crafting a light set or cloth would be cool.

3) making player names visible with out putting your Reticle over them would be nice. Even a guild crest by their name would be good.

4) a description of what you harvested or mined would be nice.

5) graphics were great, loved the zombie models. Seeing spells on YouTube I would hope they are a little bit brighter/ Fuller. Example the heal spells looked light and similar. A more vibrant effect would be better, especially from lower / higher heal spells.

6) sound was a bit loud for everything. I had to place all the volumes to 10%.

7) the moon is cool but it could be less white/bright. Looks like it's losing a lot of texture from being so white washed. Because its an interesting moon to look at.

8) merchants in town should have some movement or doing something animation. Looks so stiff and dead talking to them. Voice acting could be better.

9) over all I enjoyed the game. Needs a little improvement here and there. Hopefully my review gets read by some devs.

Information is power, and most people like information, but IIRC this is in the category of Sutff Herik Said™ would never happen.
He didn't say guild crests wouldn't ever be on things; does @Speznat remember if he said that guild crests would be somewhere on people?

Just a couple things I would like to comment on:

2) making more variety of weapons in the town would be nice. Even armor crafting a light set or cloth would be cool.

The different weapons/armor require different skill books to be read. So, if you are only getting a small list of things then you will need more skills to open more options at the work benches.

Also note that more light armors are currently said to be in the works. So there will be even more armor options in the near future.

There was more animations in the first game. As well as some npcs moving around the city. They called it town life.

So hopefully we will be getting things like this in the future as well.

I'm just curious if your guild has an alliance of sorts with another guild how would you know who's in that guild without a crest. Even if it was revealed at the same distance when you hover over a character and finally see their name would be a good thing. Thanks for the reply BTW.

There's a guild tag attached to the hover-info (target) IF the player doesn't have it turned off. ... I'm not even sure that in MO2 it *can be* turned off.
A slash command of /who used to tell some information about your target that might not be visible otherwise. I hope it still does.

Self-rating: LQ answer, could be improved by the next person.

Guilkd Crests will be in the game some day, henrik didn't confirmed a date. But it will be possible to make logo on your house and even on clothes and so on. ANd cloaks. He once said it will be with a submitting system and a star vault employee will look over it that oyu can't build shit like swastikas and stuff into mortal. But everything that is not offensive is okay.
