Can we please have more ways of earning clade xp? Endless grinding of zombies not only rots your brain, it is totally out of keeping with the general immersion of MO.

And how is it meant to work anyway? Anybody know the points for each level? I needed 640 to go from 4 to 5, but then only 560 from 5 to 6, which seems crazy.

That's true, but since we are effectively stuck on Haven for now, the choice is zombies or bandits. And why would you stop grinding zombies at 4 points to go after bandits at only 5 points?
I dont farm clades in haven. Make something else. And honestly i hope they will stop clade exp to 3 clades in haven, and limit all skills to 70.

I have yet to earn a single clade gift lol. But i have accepted that my clade refuses to recognize my natural talent in gathering skills.

If clade xp was given out for gathering corn and palm i'd be maxed!

Yeh, I was in favour of Haven as a short game tutorial, but it's gone too far and become a PVE mini game. Not the proper MO world at all.
I don't know how they manage to make these decisions. They talk a lot about making a hardcore game .. But you can almost finish a character on the tutorial without pvp. And as a gift you can also teleport objects and Gold wherever you want. I'm sorry they are idiots

Clade xp farming in haven is very brainless but absolutely optimal depending on how many players you are playing with, where you live ect. I got 16 clades in 1-2 days of grinding in haven and will now never have to actively grind clade xp in nave. That was definitely an oversight on SVs part. I know many players who left Haven right away from launch and barely have a handful of clade due to the competitive graveyards ect in nave. Should have limited haven to 5-10 clades and certain amount of skills.

Oh well though too late now.

Haven is not optimal...at all.

Onky been attacked 3 times after my first getting ganked by 2 chick(no joke lol) and ive won every encounter.

You must've not read my post and just focused on me saying absolutely optimal. Re read the post. You obviously found a great spot that is uncontested to grind xp, if you actually are at 19 clade, and are not the norm. Everyone has access to an empty haven graveyard due to the infinite instances, if you don't think that is an issue then idk what to tell you.

Haven is a terrible experience. I have been stuck in there since I installed the game. TBH I am not sure I am logging back in. Its super boring and if the rest of the game is like this I just regret spending money on this.

absolute dogshit content. I can grind clade hard, too, but it requires a set up. You have to build to farm clade. If you are a mage or whatever, nogo. It's asinine that you don't gain clade from doing more things. It makes speccing chars (my 3rd acct sitting empty) a task. Likely nobody needs 20 clade, but I mean... 12-13 is a normal clade, yea I got it in a few days of MA-ing sators on my Wep Crafter, but why must we take this detour in our play to clade? Why does combat get clade but other things don't?

FUCKING MAKE IT AT LEAST SO THAT YOU GET CLADE PER MAXED LORE. I SUGGEST 100, or could even be 'possible 100' that gained clade as you leveled it up. You should start gaining clade in Haven without even trying. You should get clade for discovering places, that screen that pops up "discovered..." should be like GAINED CLADE.

Clade should be world interaction not just combat. But I really dunno if you'll ever get clade like sator farm. They basically respawn infinitely and it's lightly contested (unless people are there to troll.)

My plan w/ a new char is really... go to JC, spec MA, move my bowyer down there... don't even need armor... 50 taming, a bow, butch the carcs for extra dmg. HEAD SHOT. But, in no 'sandbox' should you have to deviate from your play style (assuming your playstyle is getting gains in some way) to advance in some system and spec your char. What a joke.

RAITHE, nah Haven is truly trash. :p I would just leave, you can clade in reality. It's only easier to clade in Haven if you are gonna spend the time to craft your own flake stone weps etc. Which isn't HARD but it's a task.
