Cant give murder counts.

Not sure if my character is bugged but the last 2 time i got killed i haven't been able to give murder counts. This particular character i was on has no murder counts, has high rep, i was blue when attacked and i didn't hit them once. First time i home priested, second time i walked myself to priest. Neither time i was given the option to report my murder.

Is this a known bug? Are others having this issue? Whats going on?

The dev's have know about that bug for months since before release and have done nothing about it.......... Just another really frustrating issue that lets murderers get away with there toxic behaviour without consequence...
