A - It first must be understood that the priesthood in this world and unquestioningly, are capable of things that are beyond our imagination.
With this in mind it is more than reasonable to accept that a branch of priest-hood might well be capable of transmuting products from anywhere on the Myrland continent, to the specific city where that product purchase occurred.
Here is my idea - Upon purchase of an item from an auction house, in any city or town where an auction house exists, you have a token placed within your character inventory, you then take this token to one of the specially trained priests, in the same city, and trade with the priest the special ah token. You put the token into your side of the trade window and your just bought products appear in the other window (the priests window). You press accept, and the products are placed in your inventory blah blah blah and the trade is done.
Of course lawless towns neither have auction houses NOR the necessary specially trained priests to deliver any products. OR lawless towns have a black market auction house in each city but NO priest delivery system, thereby deeming each lawless city has its own auction house which must be individually visited in order to purchase those products entered into its own auction house.
