I've been using daggers since alpha. Speed hasn't really been noticeably affected at all since before release. The main "speed" of the dagger has always just been the short thrust arc, which means when you get an early hit in the arc you'll get follow ups out really nice and quick. If you miss...

Why the fuck would you be going around fighting guards solo? Heck, why would anyone want to?

Granted, even without blocking skill. Guards will only do around 8 damage blocked, elites 20 and lictors around 40. So with a healer around you are still able to basically farm them. Unless they also increased guard damage since yesterday.

Daggers are mostly unaffected by both the buff and unbuff. They were fast before the buff, and they are still fast.

With how cheap geforce now is, there isn't really any excuse to try and cater to people running early 2000 potatoes. Especially important since they get paid $$$ from nvidia to showcase and have geforce now work with the game.
