    Eventually everyone would just be living inside a palisade, for sure (which I don't want.) Before those systems are released we would churn through potentially thousands of newbs who will likely not give us a second chance. After TC most NPC towns were very lightly populated in MO1 as well.

    At least T-lash is more manageable because of time to cast and needing to stand still and charge. (Also the light armor that magic users need to wear.)

    I don't have anything against people using them, I more mean to say that I wish the system were different to where they weren't needed. Parrying is just too OP for now.

    You write words but don't say anything. Are you trying to argue that two players vs one of equal skill can't kill the one because he can parry and live without stam? The only way this can be true is if all three are very low skilled. Is this definitive enough for you?

    I guess your point isn't clear enough. If you stam out you die. You already can't parry your way out of a fight with no stam (maybe if you are fighting idiots,) except a 1v1 maybe.

    I think you may be talking about what I call the lava field as the second crater, it has unhardened, actually hot- as in will burn you- lava, but no tephra.

    It isn't beside the point, stam management is the key point in any outnumbered fight. Losing stamina by being hit is the opposite of being able to manage stamina (which is a player skill) SV must choose player skill over a mechanic when they conflict like this.

    Not sure why you say naked when I said half built character. A naked with skill has a good chance in either MO. Why should a low skilled player, or unfinished character be able to compete with a high skilled player, or fully built character? Unless the player is low skilled obviously...

    We should not wish for SV to dumb down or balance down combat to accommodate half built characters.

    Nope. I have good stable internet. Fiber optic and all that. It doesn't happen so far in other places in game, and not all the time in Bakti either. I have been around more people in other places, as well.
