    I obviously don't know as I didn't catch an in-depth explanation, but I suspect they unified the IDs based on the town the NPCs are located. My assumption is, that previously (example!) Broker #1 was in Fab but stable #1 was actually in Tindrem, so locating an NPC based on his ID was impossible...

    Player stamina while Mounted

    Maybe have Controlled Riding Skill also impact the player stamina regen on horse or put another 2nd under it.

    In Silkroad Online there was like 3 tiers of armor. Heavy (high phys, low magic def), Medium, and Light (low phys, high magic def). Maybe adding slight magic defense properties in some comparable way could also be a thing for MO2 and make medium and light armors actually a thing.

    If these are put under professions as primaries, noone will pick them up because they seem rather useless from a gameplay perspective. If they are put as secondaries, anyone can have all of them removing the RP / interaction aspect that would otherwise come with these skills.
