That how things go when they don't read OP ... OP talked about a priest exploit problem ... and he thought the solution was the removal or soulbound starter sword ... He has the right to be wrong! Removal of starter weapon won't change the free infinite respawn killing horses & whatnot.

do you understand that the topic is : a guy rezing over and over and over and over and over and over again, to kill horses in a T3 house? who cares if it takes double time to kill the horse? it's free griefing. about the primaries ... man you don't have to do that for months ... and it's nothing...

a brawler build still does 20 dmg to naked, and you hit faster than a sword and can't handle hit. if the guy just want to grief enemies, than he will.

without the sword, he will still punch the horses to death ... 1) Horses should kick you in the face when you hit them ... and horse shoes hurts a lot! 2) npc / pets should remember aggressors for a while, so he would be kicked immediately after a rez, without the possibility to hit the horse...

still got the same amount after patch. (fishing) ... all trash tho. it's called balancing, if it was too much than it was too much. and think about long term people : for when people will have their decent +loot sets, then stuff will go up, and when it goes up, you get a better +loot set, etc...

what it could be instead is a skill, which would triger a droploot popup on someone you mercied ... it would only work on mercied people ofc.

the worst part is, last stream, henrik admitted they don't have funds problems, and that they can go on for a while without subs ... why the hell did you release in january then? And even if there was financial problems at the time ... open a kickstarter to delay a release for 6 months / a year...
