You can swim naked in MO2, always. You can sometimes swim while wearing or carrying something, but there's a weight limit Someone else may explain what the limit is.

Already, in reviewing these, some folks are conflating whether the look of the designs should be included again in Mortal Online 2 with how armours should work — which is rightly still under discussion as to 'balance'. Same thing for materials: they may need new properties, but that's no reason...
