In the MO2 dystopian future of Nave (at least in Meduli): a) the weather is lot more cloudy with a chance of (someday) winged spica b) the library is self-serve, dimly lit, and uncarpeted-- as if they were trying to discourage homeless fishermen from camping out there. /shrug
