The vision doesnt work, its not viable to only have 1 server for a real time combat game. Regional servers wont split the playerbase, it will make it grow actually. If having only 1 server was sooo important for Heinrik then they should have gone for a tab target game that doesnt suffer from...

They couldnt do anything about AI aggroing thru walls in the first game, and they cant do anything about it now. I suspect Henrik even wants it this way to discourage griefing

If Henrik wasnt loaded, MO1 would have been shutdown ages ago. It had like 100-200 max players online for 5 years. Thats less than a rust server... The miracle is called adding regional servers. Of course if they keep 1 server only there wont be enough ppl to fill more servers, nobody wants to...

Lets just enjoy the first 2 months on release and kill as many noobs as possible because between the overpriced sub model and Henriks genius one server vision, we will be back to MO1 population after that.

If your using heavy armor on a mage you are seriously dumb. You already get a shield on your back when casting and if oghmir u even get damage resistance clade... Even then u have 4x the mana bar as a hybrid so its not even close to the same magic output. And how is magic even being restricted...

They already have a big penalty for wearing heavy armor, they cant regen mana at all. Not even sitting down after the latest patch. They can barely cast 2 fulms/tlashes in 1 mana bar. They do less damage/heals. You must have never played a hybrid if you think their magic capabilities are...

With that logic, mages could 1 shot anyone but since they cant 1v1 a foot fighter in close distance they are balanced? In an outnumbered fight u cant just charge the mages recklessly, its not like MO1 with faster movement, while they can drop you to half hp with 1 spell from range. It just feels...

What a surprise, Henrik putting how the game looks on videos over actual gameplay so he can attract more investors. The same reason he wont allow us to turn off shadows so ppl without a 3090 card can play properly.
