    Hopefully in the future there will be some fixes to when and where you can report a murder (see other threads for people's suggestions) If you have 5 murder counts you won't get attacked by guards unless your reputation with the respective faction is low enough. Other players have free reign...

    This is very annoying...especially if you close your bag it still sits there on the bottom of your screen. Only way to get rid of it is to try and split the stack again but click on the top of the icon so the dialog is on the screen.

    People mentioned it, but more guards that properly reset their position, along with lictors inside/near banks is going to be required for people to feel somewhat safe in town. They still have plenty of optimization to do with their guards and AI. I don't think adding the old flagging system...

    Agreed, it's completely counter intuitive. To crush someone for a ridiculous number and they still go into mercy mode. I think having the 100% chance can have it's uses, like in duels or when trying to tame an aggressive monster, but other than that it's pointless.

    With the new patch they've added the ability of magic to put you into mercy mode. I'm not sure if they did this in MO1, but in the beginning of MO1 mercy mode was reserved for when you were hit for just about the same amount of hp you had left...but now its every time you are dealt a deathblow...

I think you are trying too hard to fit too much onto one character, but that's up to the person to decide how to specialize their character, maybe someone will want to have options when it comes to their melee combat instead...

    If you must have a bow then its harder to fit in more than 1, maybe 2 melee weapons (2 if you sacrifice in other skills) There is no one forcing you to use a bow though, you can very easily fit 3 weapons if you don't use a bow.

    Oh ok, I think I see where you're going with this. To continue to play devil's advocate...you could have your macro make your character sit at the end of the loop for the diminishing returns duration before starting again. Really the only way to fix macroing is if you overhaul the system.
